Happy Thanksgiving!

Nathan and Jordan got these hats at preschool last Thursday.  They LOVE these silly hats!  They will beg to wear them and chase each other around the house with their turkey hats on their heads.  So goofy!

On this Thanksgiving I have so much for which to be thankful.

"The LORD is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.
My heart leaps for joy
and I will give thanks to him in song."
Psalm 28:7

Shout out to Ashley Lauren Photography!

We had our family pictures taken in October and I am so pleased with how they turned out.  Darling Ashley Bell of Ashley Lauren Photography was our family photgrapher.  She was so great with the boys and I can't wait to call on her again next time.  :)  These are a few of my favorites...

Found this...

on my Facebook Wall this morning!

Bryan, Nathan, and Jordan sure have made me feel special today!  ***Bryan said he put them on the bench to watch Sesame Street so they would actually sit still for the picture but it's a little hard to compete with Sesame Street for their attention!

Highlights from...

Last week:

Bryan's 8th grade football team won the City Championship!  They were undefeated for the season.  The boys LOVED going to their Daddy's football games.  GO HAWKS!

Thursday was Western Day at preschool!  How do you like those cowboy hats?  Gram said when she walked them to their classroom at school, they stood right outside the gate with big goofy grins while they were waiting for their sweet teachers to notice their hats.  They got so excited to ride a pony at school that day and enjoy the fun western activities.

On Saturday, I attended our Women's Conference at church.  I had a delightful time.  The theme was Generations and we had 4 different speakers, each from a different generation.  It was so precious to hear how God's faithfulness was a constant thread of their lives. I was challenged.  :)

"I will sing of the lovingkindness of the LORD forever;
To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth.
For I have said, "Lovingkindness will be built up forever;
In the heavens You will establish Your faithfulness."
"I have made a covenant with My chosen;
I have sworn to David My servant,
I will establish you seed forever
And build up your throne to all generations."  Psalm 89: 1-4

While I was gone all day, the boys helped Daddy, Gram, and PaPa move furniture and boxes to Granny's house for a garage sale.  The boys loved looking out the window at the big rental truck.  "Cool," says Jordan.

They "helped" Gram pack some boxes too.

Tonight we took the boys to the observation plaza by the airport.  It was so cool to see the planes fly out and land.  The boys just could not stop smiling!  "Cool."  "Woooooww." "Go Go Go Go Go." "Whoooooaaaa." If you have little ones and live in this area, it is great entertainment (and free too!)

"Cookie" and "Mo-Mo"

Nathan and Jordan were THRILLED to dress up as their absolute favorite Sesame Street characters for Halloween.  The boys caught on to the "trick or treating" at Main Street on Friday night and at the church carnival on Sunday night.  We had  blast!  And, the boys have discovered a new love for M&M's!

Riding in the wagon to trick or treat on Main Street.

Cousins Brayden and Bryce were adorable firemen!

Baby Avery was their little Dalmation puppy!

The next picture is real proof that Jordan really liked to steal all of Nathan's candy.  Good thing we had Brayden to tell on Jordan when "Jordy had too much in his bucket!"  HA!  These kids crack me up!

We found our cousin, Princess Vivi dressed up as Princess Belle.  Isn't she beautiful!?

And, look at Baby Georgia!!  She was Chip!

 Last Sunday night we went to the Fall-A-Palooza at church.  Nathan got so excited when he saw all the pumpkins.  :)

The boys played lots of games for candy-prizes!  They had a blast!

We had a friend from our Sunday School class that dressed up as Bert...the boys were so tickled!  We just had to take a picture.

The boys also won SECOND PLACE in the costume contest at the Fall-a-palooza!  Here they are running onto the stage for their turn in the costume contest.  They were little tornadoes spinning in circles to show off their Elmo and Cookie Monster costumes.

P.S. - I only have four days left in my twenties!  CRAZY!
