Where has my summer gone?! I have totally failed at blogging lately. We've been just a little bit busy. 4 kids will do that to you. Most of you know that we sold our house back in May. Then, we bought a fixer-upper. The fixer-upper was the perfect size, in a great location, and had great bones but it was in super sad shape. So, while we were getting some work done on the new house, we stayed with my parents. Thanks Mom and Dad for sacrificing 8 weeks of your relaxing retired lifestyle to welcome our circus to your home. At night after the kids went to bed, Bryan and I would head over to the new house to clean, unpack, organize, check on the work being done, etc. About two weeks ago, we finally got to bring our family home to our new house. And it is fabulous. Now my summer is coming to an end soon and my ToDo list is just getting longer and longer. The babies are 6 months old as of yesterday. They are just loving their excersaucer and jumparoo. I can't believe they are 6 months old! So here is our overdue blog update in pictures...
First, I'm dumping the pictures from my phone.
Emily and I trampled into the Nordstrom's bridal dressing room with 7 kids to get fitted for our bridesmaids' dresses for Morgan's wedding. Getting excited!!
I'm pretty sure the Nordstom's dressing room now has a sign that says, "No children please." Ha! Not really. But, maybe.

Road Trip to Georgia!! We made a super fun pit-stop in Monroe Louisiana.
First stop for yogurt.
Then, to visit the warehouse of Duck Dynasty.
Every roadtrip must include a few stops at Cracker Barrell.
Our first night in Georgia, we got the boys outside to catch fireflies. It was such a sweet night to share with my boys. I have so many wonderful memories of summer nights at my Memom's house.
We spent the Fourth of July at my Memom's house. Good food. Good family. Good times celebrating the birthday of our country!
And every baby at Memom's house has to take their bath in the big white sink. It's tradition.

After our trip to Georgia, we were able to move into our new house...Harper and Carson have really started to play toys! I love it! I get such a kick out of watching them learn to play in their exersaucer and jumparoo. Carson is rolling all over the place. Harper is not. She cracks me up! She just turns her head and looks at a toy, reaches for it and if she can't reach it, you can almost see her shrug her shoulders and play with something else. I have got to figure out what will entice her to roll.
The babies looked too cute the other day so I tried to snap a quick picture. I was acting like a fool to get them to smile and I'm pretty sure, from the looks on their faces, that they just thought I was a weirdo. HA!!
