This kid...

Continues to make us proud...

Something doesn’t look like it belongs...

Hmmm...when you have a house with 3 boys, you never know where you might find a toothbrush. Grrrr.

Cheer Clinic at GHS

Harper was thrilled to attend the Grapevine High School Cheerleading Clinic a few weeks ago.  Aunt Morgan is the JV Cheerleading sponsor so that made it all the more fun!  Even though we are dragons now, my heart still bleeds red and blue.  We will have Mustang Fever forever.  MUSTANG PRIDE!

Hallie, Blythe, Lily, Claire, Kate, Harper, Rebecca, and Avery...oh those beautiful Calvert cousins!

The folllowing week the girls got to cheer on the sidelines at the freshmen game!  They loved it!  More Calvert Cousin Love!

Samantha is a senior this year!  She is crazy beautiful!

This little one has my heart!  For the record, her shirt was tied up real cute before the game!  One too many red red red red white white white white blue cheers!

A Trip to the ER for Muffin

Carson gave us all a littl scare at one of Nathan and Jordan’s baseball games.  He loves to run around with the other siblings during the game.  He was piggyback riding on another kid and fell sideways into a big metal fence.  Ouch!  Bryan and the boys stayed to finish the game while I rushed him to the emergency room.  Thankfully the moms around me were so helpful and worked fast to get us ice and a towel and help us get to the car!  Carson was so brave!  Luckily when we got to the emergency room, we saw some friends from church that helped us get nuggets for lunch and also helped pass the time while we waited in the waiting room.  So nice to have great church friends.

When we got to the room, the nurse brought Carson some color pages and a brand new box of crayons!  He was delighted and worked real hard on those pictures, despite the blood still streaming from his head.

The doctor came in and glued him up!  And when we got back to the waiting room, his brothers and sister were waiting for him with a bag full of prizes.  They sure were proud of him for being so brave.  I’m pretty sure Jordan cried in the dugout when he realized Carson was hurt.  Siblings are the real deal.

3rd Grade is the best!

This little crew has been pretty inseparable this year.  Such a sweet group of friends! Nate payed dragon dollars to eat lunch with Mr.Fike.  They were so excited!

Then we get this picture from Nathan’s teacher that she has heart eyes for him and his love for books...totally warmed my heart.

Carson plays t-ball

Carson loved playing t-ball this season.  After he cried the whole first practice because one of his teammates used his bat, he had the best time ever!  He had an “out” at first base and many good hits.  He took the game very seriously and learned a lot.  Well most of the time...I did catch him rubbing dirt on his pants while playing in the field. He must think dirty pants mean you played hard!  Ha!  He cracks us up.

Baylor Football Game Fun

This is what happens when the freebie at the football game is face paint!  Oh my.  They finally decided it was itchy by half time.  About 20 paper towels later, their faces were clean.

And we even got the treat of seeing Cousin Cody on the big screen for the boat race.
